When should I order to receive my Christmas gifts on time?

To make sure your gifts arrive by Christmas, we recommend placing your order by the 18th December for standard UK delivery. For Next Day Delivery (UK only) place your order before noon on 20th December.

After these dates, delivery may be subject to delays due to the busy holiday season.
Can I return or exchange items purchased for Christmas?

Yes! We know the holidays can get busy. That's why we're extending our returns window to the 24th January for all items purchased from now until Christmas. So even if your gift recipient wants to exchange it, there’s plenty of time after the holidays to do so.
Do you offer international shipping for Christmas?

Yes, we offer shipping to both the EU and internationally! Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs processing times. Check our shipping & returns page for delivery dates by country to ensure your gift arrives before Christmas.
