UK Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery is sent on a Royal Mail signed for service which usually takes 2-3 working days. As this is a ‘Signed For’ service rather than fully tracked,  your tracking number will not yield any information whilst in transit, it will however show when delivery has been made or attempted.

If your order has not arrived within 7 days, please contact our Customer Service Manager karen@thehealthybackbag.co.uk  – We can not address lost or missing orders outside of this time scale if contact has not been made.

If you are needing a fully tracked service, please use our Next Day Delivery option if available to you.

Next day delivery (Tracked)

Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed before noon, Monday – Thursday for delivery to the UK mainland. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or at weekends will be despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Orders placed on Friday before noon will be delivered on Monday.

Next day delivery is only available for UK mainland, it is currently unavailable for the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Scilly Isles. Remote and extremely rural areas may be not receive their orders next day, this is dependent on the courier service available to that area.

Free Shipping

Our Free Shipping promotion applies to UK addresses only and uses our standard delivery service. Minimum order value £65 after any promo codes or discounts have been applied. Cannot be applied retrospectively and The Healthy Back Bag Company reserves the right to end this promotion at any time.

European Shipping

Within the EU

Delivery charge to nations within the EU is a flat rate of £15

Goods shipped to addresses outside the UK are not subject to UK VAT, however local sales tax, duty, and handling charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If you choose not to accept delivery and the order is returned to us, we will refund the cost of goods only.

European delivery times

Please allow up to 7-10 working days for orders to Europe. Orders outside of the UK are passed to the local overseas postal service for delivery. Delays are sometimes inevitable, and all deliveries are dependant on customs times and clearance as well as available flights.

Switzerland / Norway

Delivery charge to Switzerland & Norway is a flat rate of £29.

If your order exceeds 1.5 kg in weight, extra charges will be incurred – we will contact you to arrange payment before despatch. We recommend customers in South Africa contact us prior to ordering to obtain a quote for a courier service.

International delivery times

Please allow up to 10-14 days for the rest of the world. Orders outside of the UK are passed to the local overseas postal service for delivery.

If your order fails to arrive with 7 days of expected delivery, or is incomplete, please call us immediately. Whilst we will always do our best to help, we cannot be held liable for any discrepancies not reported within 30 days.

International tax charges

Goods shipped to addresses outside the UK are not subject to UK VAT, however local sales tax, duty, and handling charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If you choose not to accept delivery and the order is returned to us, we will refund the cost of goods only. We reserve the right to deduct any delivery charges we incur as a result of unclaimed orders. Admin fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

General Info

We offer an unconditional money back guarantee on all merchandise sold by The Healthy Back Bag® Company for 30 days from receipt of goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, provided you have proof of purchase, it is unused, complete with tags, and in its original clear plastic protective packaging, for a prompt refund of the cost of the goods excluding delivery charge.

 

If the return is due to any manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part, then please contact us for a returns slip and pre paid label so that you do not incur any additional postage costs.

We recommend you obtain a Certificate of Posting or use a Royal Mail Signed For service as we cannot accept any responsibility for returns until they are signed for at our office. 

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service.

Why don’t we offer free returns?

There really isn’t any such thing as a free return. If it is free, it is because the seller has already built into the price the possibility that you might return it. Our returns rates are very very low, way below industry average, and we choose to offer the customer the best price we can, without including a contingency for a ‘free’ return. Therefore, if you simply don’t like it or have changed your mind, we ask you to cover the cost of sending it back to us, and you will typically receive your refund within 2-3 business days.

 

If you need to return it due to a manufacturing fault, we will cover that cost. If you return something to exchange it, we despatch the exchanged item free of charge. We believe we are providing a fair and transparent service and hope you agree. 

 

 

 

The Healthy Back Bag® Company cannot guarantee to refund purchases that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.

Refunds

Your card will be refunded when The Healthy Back Bag® Company has received and processed your returned item. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that all refunds will exclude delivery charges.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your bag for an item of a different value, then please ensure you provide us with contact details so we can call you for further details, exchanges will be dispatched free of charge (UK only) providing this is actioned within the 30 days of receipt of goods. This will not be applied retrospectively or out of the 30-day refund policy.
