What size is right for me?

Are your bags waterproof?

Fabrics are selected and treated for weather resistance, and due to the tightly woven lining material it is very rare for any contents to get wet. If you are worried about this though, they can also be treated with weather-proofing spray for extra protection.

What length is the strap on your bags?

All bags manufactured prior to Spring/Summer 22 have an average strap length, fully extended of 92cm. Moving forward strap lengths have increased to around 100cm. Bagletts are slightly longer at 120cm.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order arrive?

For orders places within the UK please allow 2-3 working days to receive your order. For international orders, shipping times vary depending on your country.

Who do you use for shipping?

Standard delivery within the UK is a Royal Mail signed for service. If you have chosen our Next Day delivery service this will be sent with DPD.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible on +44 20 7812 9800 if you wish to cancel or change your order. Once your order has been despatched we can no longer make changes.

I can't find my order confirmation in my emails?

Sometimes order confirmation emails can end up in junk or spam folders, if you can’t find it there please contact us.

Payments & Refunds

When can I expect my refund?

Once your refund has been processed please allow up to 3 working days for any refunds to show on your original method of payment.

Gift Cards

It can take up to 24 hours for the gift card to be sent after you’ve placed your order. However it is usually sent as soon as we receive your payment. If you purchase physical items along with a gift card, the gift card will be sent at the same time your physical items have been despatched from our warehouse. 

Our gift cards are only available in an electronic format and can only be used on thehealthybackbag.co.uk. If you want to give the gift card physically, you can enter your own email address in the ‘To’ field and print the PDF.

All returned or cancelled orders will have their payments returned to the initial payment source. If the order was partially paid for with a gift card, the amount paid by gift card will be returned to the gift card and the remaining amount will be refunded to its respective payment source.

3 Year Warranty

What does your warranty cover?

Our products are covered by a 3 year warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Try not to over fill your bag as it can stretch out of shape and put stress on the stitching and other materials.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse including unreasonable or excessive wear, accidental damage, lost or stolen bags or their contents, or free promotional gifts. Replacement is at the sole discretion of AmeriBag (UK) Ltd and any repairs or modifications by unauthorised agents may void this warranty.

We will offer an exchange of equal value on the defective product if you can provide us with proof of purchase from Ameribag (UK) Ltd trading as the Healthy Back Bag.

We will provide a discount code to use on our website for the value of the original amount paid, excluding delivery for any defective item returned

Ameribag (UK) Ltd does not offer a repair service and is not liable for replacement hardware. Previously replaced product will be covered for the remainder of the 3 year warranty.

I have a warranty claim, what should I do?

Warranty claims for purchases made at any of our stockists should be addressed with the retailer and will require proof of purchase.

For online orders please contact our customer service manager karen@thehealthybackbag.co.uk with your original order number along with photos of the bag requiring warranty review.
